Questions property managers ask
Do you handle sidewalks as well as the lot?
Yes. Lots, drive lanes, entrances and sidewalks can all be written into the same agreement. Tell us which areas matter most and we will scope them specifically.
How is commercial work priced?
You are set up on a seasonal agreement and billed per storm based on snowfall amount. Pricing depends on the size and layout of the property, how much sidewalk is involved and where snow can be stacked, so every site is quoted individually. Estimates are free.
Can you service more than one of our properties?
Yes. If you manage several sites in Rock County we can put them under one agreement so you are dealing with one contractor and one invoice rather than several.
Are you insured?
Yes, Kastor Services LLC is licensed and insured. We are happy to provide documentation before an agreement is signed.
Do you salt as well as plow?
Yes. Ice control and salting can be included for lots and walkways. See our ice control page for detail.
When should we get on the schedule?
Before the season starts. Commercial routes are planned ahead of winter, and the properties that sign early are the ones already built into the run.
