Commercial Grounds Maintenance

One contractor for the whole property, all year.

Grounds maintenance is what a property looks like every day, not once a season. Kastor Services covers turf, beds, edges, debris and winter for commercial properties, HOAs and businesses across Rock County — under one scope and one point of contact.

Licensed & Insured Locally Owned & Operated Serving Rock County

What a full-property scope covers

  • Mowing, trimming and edging on a set schedule through the growing season
  • Bed maintenance, weed control and mulch upkeep
  • Shrub and hedge trimming to keep clearance off walks, signage and windows
  • Spring and fall cleanups, including full leaf removal and haul-off
  • Litter and debris policing of lots, entries and common areas
  • Winter snow and ice service so the property is covered twelve months a year

How we work

01

Site walk

We walk the property with you, note the constraints — access, tenant hours, parking turnover — and identify what's been neglected.

02

Written scope and price

You get a document that says what's covered, how often, and what it costs. It's the thing you can take to an owner or a board.

03

Service and reporting

We hold the schedule and tell you what we find — irrigation problems, storm damage, safety issues — instead of leaving you to discover it.

What property managers actually need

Grounds work is judged on three things, and price is only one of them.

Showing up

A schedule that holds is worth more than a low bid that slips. If weather moves a visit, you hear it from us first.

Consistency

The property should look the same in week twelve as it did in week one. That's a function of rhythm, not effort.

Communication

You need to know what happened and what we noticed. Silence from a contractor is not the same as everything being fine.

Where we work

Kastor Services is based in Rock County and serves commercial properties across it. Short routes are what make holding a schedule realistic.

Questions property managers ask

What kinds of properties do you maintain?

Offices and small commercial buildings, retail and service businesses, HOAs and common areas, multi-unit residential, and light industrial sites.

Can we contract for the full year, including winter?

Yes — that's the usual arrangement. Growing-season maintenance plus a seasonal snow and ice agreement means the property has coverage from March through March.

How is it priced?

By the property and the scope. Turf area, bed area, obstacles, frequency and what's included all move the number. We walk the site first, then quote in writing.

Can you take over mid-season?

Yes. Taking over a property that's fallen behind sometimes means a heavier first visit to get it back to baseline. We'll quote that separately so you can see it clearly.

Are you insured?

Yes. Kastor Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we'll provide documentation before any agreement is signed.
