We install and restore
Trenched, piped, backfilled, and the surface put back. You should not be able to see where we worked by the following season.

If a spot is still wet a day later, it isn't draining — it's evaporating. That area will only get worse and it will kill the turf.

Channels in the lawn and mulch on the walk are water telling you exactly which route it takes. That route needs managing.

Common questions
How much does drainage work cost?
It depends entirely on the run length, depth, soil and where the water can discharge. A downspout extension and a full French drain are very different jobs. We quote after seeing the property, and estimates are free.
Can the work be done in stages?
Often, yes. Where a full solution is more than you want to take on at once, we can start with the piece that solves the most — usually roof water — and build from there.
Will my lawn be torn up?
Trenching is part of the job, but restoration is part of the price. The surface gets put back and seeded or sodded so it recovers.
What's the best time of year?
Any time the ground is workable. Spring and fall are ideal because the ground is soft and turf recovers quickly, and because that's when the problem is most visible.
Do you handle the utility locates?
Yes. Locates are arranged before any digging starts.
