Two visits a year that reset the whole property.
Spring and fall are when a property either gets ahead of the season or falls behind it. Kastor Services handles the seasonal reset for homes and businesses across Rock County — the heavy, awkward work that makes everything after it easier.
Spring cleanup
- Leaf and winter debris removal from lawn, beds and hard surfaces
- Dead growth and matted material cut back so new growth can come through
- Beds cleared and edges re-cut after a winter of freeze and thaw
- Salt-damaged and torn turf edges identified before mowing starts
- Gravel and mulch pulled back off walks and drives
- Everything hauled away — nothing piled at the back of the lot
Fall cleanup
- Leaf removal — full clearing, not a single pass that leaves the corners
- Beds cleaned out and cut back ahead of winter
- Gutter-line and entry areas cleared of leaf buildup
- Debris hauled off site
- Final mow and cleanup timed to the end of the growing season
- Property left ready for snow and ice work to begin
How it works
Tell us about the property
Size, tree cover, bed area and how long it's been since the last cleanup are what drive the quote.
We schedule to the season
Spring work starts once the ground is workable; fall work is timed to leaf drop, not the calendar.
We clear it and haul it
The property gets fully cleaned and the debris leaves with us. You get the property back, not a pile.
Where we work
Kastor Services is based in Rock County and handles seasonal cleanups across it, for both homeowners and commercial properties.
Common questions
When should the fall cleanup happen?
After most of the leaves are down. Going too early means doing it twice. We watch the drop and schedule accordingly rather than picking a fixed date.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. Removal and disposal are part of the job. Nothing gets stacked behind the garage or at the edge of the parking lot.
Can you do just one of the two?
Yes. Some properties only need the fall cleanup, some only spring. We're happy to quote either on its own.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes, and we schedule around business hours where that matters. Tell us your access constraints and we'll work with them.
How is it priced?
By property size, tree cover and condition. A quarter-acre lot with two trees is a different job than a wooded corner lot. Estimates are free.
